Strategy and Action have a Privacy Policy and endeavour to be compliant in the activity of our own marketing and the activity of the marketing of our clients.

Strategy and Action supports the protection of consumers’ privacy rights as a key principle in our business. Good business practice does not require an infringement of the Privacy Act and its National Privacy Principles. We are committed to conducting our business according to those principles.

As a consumer, you have rights over the use and dissemination of information about you. The National Privacy Principles form the basis of the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act 2000, which protects your rights and puts clear obligations on companies concerning how they can and cannot use personal information.

We use our databases of clients and prospects for marketing purposes. We only use this information in privacy-compliant ways.

At times, we may provide data to third parties for the purposes of implementing operational aspects of marketing campaigns. For instance, these may include mailhouses, data-cleaning organisations, and printers. We also participate in Google’s Remarketing programme, where our ads can be shown to you on various site that you may visit for a period of time after you click on a Strategy and Action ad in the Google network. This service is delivered via cookies, meaning a small piece of information that is added to your computer and can identify your computer to the Google ad serving network. We only contract with suppliers who can cite a privacy policy compliant with the Privacy Act and the NPPs.
