We offer four stages of sales training.  They're designed to follow each other and ensure your team secures the training and implements it.

You're not required to commit to all four, and you can take them or not as you see fit.  But you're bound to find them of great value...

Stage 1: Training Preparation and Delivery

We customise our sales training around what it is that your team sells, so that it's not generic but relevant and practical.

We interview your team, learn their needs and obstacles, and tailor a sales training workshop that delivers both common material and material for each participant.

This alone means far greater value and impact from our material than standard 'off the shelf' sales training.

The workshop is a half day event and includes take-home workbooks a that help participants review the material.

We're extremely confident on the quality of our material and training. You may withdraw any time before the workshop and have the workshop refunded.  And if upon completion of the workshop you feel the training was not valuable enough, we will refund you immediately.

Stage 2: Implementation

This is where we help your team put the training into action.  This turns understanding into practice and experience.

We'll conduct a 1 on 1 sales event with each participant and then present a group review to the team.

If upon completion of that review you're not satisfied with the value of that 1 on 1 work and review, then we'll refund you immediately.

Stage 3: Management Report

Once the 1 on 1 reviews are completed, you might want a management report.  This provides valuable guidance on how to manage each member of your team and improve their performance.

It highlights strengths and weaknesses, issues pertinent for each team member, and helps you to get more from your team.

If upon completion of that review you're not satisfied with the value of that report, then we'll refund you immediately.

Stage 4: Refresh & Cement

This review and report helps monitor and prevent bad habits from slipping back and provides a strong reinforcement of the principles and practices your team members learned from us.

It also provides a great opportunity for them to bring up challenges particular to your business or their own territories and markets... ands have those challenges workshopped and solved.

If upon completion of that review you're not satisfied with the value of that review, then we'll refund you immediately.
