You're a can- do person.  What this means is that, even if you don't know the specifics of how you will conquer a challenge, you usually know whether or not you can... and you're prepared to commit to it, knowing you'll flesh out the specifics later.  When given a challenge, your first reaction is not "That can't be done" but "How could that be done?"  This attitude of yours makes you a positive, valuable person in our team.

You're a good time- manager.  Time is our stock.  Once a minute is lost, it's a unit of stock that can never be sold.  You understand this intuitively, and your time management skills are strong.  You plan your day and your work is both fast and top quality.

You're supportive of your team.  When a member of the team needs you, you deliver.  You understand that the team's needs are the same as your own... and in any case, it's in your nature.
